Healthy green mango and spinach smoothie laced with the smooth bass notes of Kusmi Karavan N ° 50 Black Tea. Vegan and gluten free.

  • 2/3 cup boiled water
  • 6 Karavan N°50 tea bags (or your favorite black tea)
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon real maple syrup
  • 1 cup cashew milk (or your favorite milk)
  1. Combine boiled water and tea bags. Let steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags, squeezing as much liquid out as possible and discard bags. Cool tea concentrate completely.

  2. Add all ingredients to blender and blend until completely smooth and combined.

Recipe Notes
  • Use mango and spinach frozen (do not thaw first.)
  • Tea concentrate can be made in advance and kept covered in the refrigerator to ensure the coolest smoothie possible.
