Goat Cheese Stuffed Dill Pickle Boats

  • 1 jar of your favorite dill pickles halved horizontally with seeds scooped out
  • 1 5.3 ounce pyramid of Chavrie goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh Italian parsley flat-leaf
  • 1/4 cup minced fresh oregano leaves
  1. In a small bowl, mix the cheese and herbs.
  2. Stuff the herbaceous cheese mixture into the scooped out center of the pickle.

1 pyramid of Chavrie goat cheese will make approximately 3/4 jar of halved pickles. But this depends on the size of your pickles and how fully you stuff them.
