  • 3 mint tea bags
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • 3/4 cup plain unsweetened kefir
  • 1 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  1. Add tea bags to boiling water.
  2. Let steep for five minutes.
  3. Let tea cool completely.
  4. Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
