  • 1 13.5 ounce can of full-fat coconut milk
  • 5 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup Lillet Rouge
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Lillet Rouge and cacao nibs to top
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined.

  2. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.

  3. Serve with a drizzle of Lillet Rouge and some cacao nibs on top.
