Ingredients
  • 6 teabags Lemongrass tea
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk from a can
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
Instructions
  1. Combine teabags, boiling water and chia seeds.

  2. Let steep five minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool.

  3. Combine cooled tea concentrate with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.

  4. Blend until smooth.
