Pink Peppercorn Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons whole pink peppercorns
  1. Add all ingredients to saucepan and bring to boil.

  2. Let boil gently, stirring frequently, for five minutes.

  3. Remove from heat and let cool completely.

  4. Strain into glass container with lid (mason jar or something similar.)

  5. Store in refrigerator for three to four weeks.
