Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup plantain chips
  • 1/3 cup raw shelled pistachios
  • 1/3 cup raw pepitas
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
Instructions
  1. Put plantain chips in a plastic baggie and press them against the counter with the palm of your hand to break them up.
  2. Add chips to a small bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix with a spoon.
  3. Store in an airtight container.
