This smoothie is specifically designed to rouse your inner Jason Bourne and get you back to your butt-whoopin’ self.
The scenarios goes a little something like this. Imagine yourself, sticky and sandy, just coming into hazy consciousness in a makeshift bed in an unfamiliar room of a hut-like structure.

You have absolutely no idea where you are. When you got here. Or how. Glancing out the window you notice miles of white sand and waves lapping gently at the shoreline. It’s hot. And humid. You try to move.
Ow. Not happening.
Suddenly, a young, smiling, unbelievably camera-ready woman walks into the room wearing a grass skirt and carrying a tray. She says something you don’t understand so she comes to your side and gently helps you sit up. She smells like salt air.
Despite your pain, this is not unpleasant.
Whole 30 Smoothie Recipe Infused with Lemongrass Tea
She takes a drink from her tray, raises the straw to your lips and tells you (you’re pretty sure) to take a sip. So you do.
It’s like the thickest, creamiest cup of lemongrass tea you ever experienced. Cool. Smooth. Simple. With every subsequent sip you feel your strength returning.
It seems here, on this magical island, they do Whole 30 without blinking an eye. Making this the perfect place for you to be nursed back to health.

This quick and unique grab and go breakfast is aces whether you're taking the Whole30 challenge or just trying to eat healthier.
- 6 teabags Lemongrass tea
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk from a can
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
Combine teabags, boiling water and chia seeds.
Let steep five minutes. Remove tea bags and let cool.
Combine cooled tea concentrate with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
